Empowering and qualifying talent through talent assessment and management
Private Company
The consultation achieved the following:
- Analyzed the training needs and made a constructive assessment based on accredited international standards.
- Empowered more than 300 employees in different government agencies with the necessary leadership and administrative skills, based on the agency’s capacity.
- Raised the level of performance and productivity in the company through training programs.
- Developed employees’ capabilities.
- The project was carried out in Saudi Arabia, the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, the United States, and Britain.
- The training program consisted of leadership and management skills development: leadership, creative strategies, and talent management.
- Project management programs (PMP) and leadership development programs were delivered in addition to preparatory programs and educational support by international experts.
- Highly experienced cadres from international centers and universities were assigned to provide training programs in coordination with the relevant government agencies in these countries.
Leadership and Management Skills Development and Enhancement Project
Governmental Organization
The project achieved the following:
- Trained more than 75 employees on management and leadership skills and team building in three regions in Saudi
- Developed and empowered more than 35 sector development initiatives in customer service, and implemented a set of innovative projects to develop the work system based on international experiences.
- Sent executive leaders to Spain to learn from similar organizations, transfer and localize
- Received customer satisfaction rating of over 90% across three regions: Riyadh, Jeddah, and the Eastern Province.

The project achieved the following:
- Trained more than 40 employees on building organizational culture, performance motivation, and skills in estimating project assignments.

- Achieved the goals of developing employees’ leadership and management skills.
- Trained employees to identify the relationship between corporate culture, innovation and performance.
- Gave participants a set of managerial and technical skills necessary to develop, follow up and monitor strategic plans, policies and programs.

Corporate communications project
Non-profit Organization
The project achieved the following:
- Educated trainees regarding organizational communication, its latest tools, and how to build them using scientific methodologies.
- Instructed participants on designing the organization’s operating model and value chain.
- Trainees created a strategic plan for the organization, developed tools and procedures, and established the organization’s behavioral, leadership, and technical competencies.
- Participants designed a capacity building program for leaders in the organization.
- Trainees mastered the key messages of organizational communication, enabling them to create an operational plan and work in light of it.

Management Personal Development Project
State University
This project achieved the following:
- Reviewed, developed and enhanced the skills of participants by introducing the concept of a personal development plan and its importance.
- Held training sessions for managers and employees on building a personal development plan.
- Followed up on the relevant departments with the Director of Human Resources during the implementation of personal development
- Followed up on the implementation of the personal development and on-the-job training plan by holding orientation sessions for managers and employees, setting goals around analyzing work tasks, assessing needs, providing feedback to employees, and building a systematic and effective training
- Provided the university with the results of the personal development plan.

Services
The Aromh Center specializes in producing reports in the social, educational, and economic sciences and other fields. These reports are created by distinguished experts who are faculty members and researchers in universities and research centers in the Arab world and at the international level. These scholars in various fields contribute to building a community of science and knowledge.
Faculty members and researchers also translate reports and studies, extract them from scientific databases, and publish them. Moreover, these academic professionals publish articles (including statistical analysis) in peer-reviewed Arab and international scientific journals of all economic, social and educational studies.
The services to postgraduate students are included in the above, along with partial supervision of university theses and academic consultations.

- The robotics market size is expected to grow from US$114.67 billion in 2023 to US$258.36 billion by 2028, registering a compound annual growth rate of 17.64% during the forecast period 2023-2028.
- Global spending on robotics is expected to reach $242 billion next year, as visions move towards the use of robots in large, small and medium enterprises to reduce the cost of production.
- Up to 85 million jobs could be eliminated by 2025, compared to the creation of 97 million new jobs during the same period.
